Hi! My name is Amanda, and I’m a current junior at UC Berkeley studying Integrative Biology with an intended minor in Public Policy. I’m currently serving as a Health Advocate intern at Highland Hospital and a MOVE Fellow at Banteay Srei within APASD on campus, a nonprofit based on Oakland Chinatown aimed at supporting young women at-risk of or engaged in sexual exploitation.
During my free time, I love reading, crocheting, and baking, as well as trying all of the (many) matcha shops Berkeley has to offer!
Amanda’s ACC Leadership highlight was recognizing that leadership is so multifaceted and interacts differently with everyone. It was so inspirational witnessing that in action with students from all across the ACC!
